We supply Music on hold devices that are compatible with just about all phone systems. Most phone systems provide a socket where the music on hold device can be connected. Music on hold will reduce abandoned calls, and can generate extra leads and enquiries. We provide low cost off the shelf solutions including purpose built MP3 players and TEAC CD recorders to replace Titan CD 420s and Titan CD 620 devices. If using a CD player we recommend using the Titan music on hold CD which can be found on the list below.

The TEAC MOH player is very similar to the the Titan CD-420 Music-on-Hold player which has been discontinued. The TEAC player is built to withstand continuous operation required by music on hold applications. The device allows the user to select which tracks he wishes to play.
